2015 Holidays

We had a lot of fun during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays preparing smoked hams and turkeys for our clients' dinners.  The bourbon glaze on the hams was a big hit!

2015 BBQ competition season

We had a good day at the 2nd Annual Pickin 'N' Pullin' BBQ Competition yesterday in Lanexa, VA.  In a field of 46 teams, we took 5th place in Chicken, 15th in Pork Ribs, 4th in Pork, and 9th in Brisket.  The combined points were enough to put us at 4th place over-all.

Now, on to Chincoteague VA next weekend!
